A WORD FROM MR.CAPPER...  

This was my first experience replacing a roof. I had so many questions about the insurance process and had concerns about picking the right contractor. I wanted a company who was concerned with getting the job done right rather than just finishing my house and moving on to the next job. I knew Wise Roofing was a family owned business who had strong ties to the community and had a good reputation. I bypassed using the scavenger roofing companies who roamed my neighborhood after the hail storm using transient sales people to get their business. I went with Wise Roofing because I prefer contributing to a local community business and someone I could give repeat business or if I needed follow up on my roof, with Wise I got both.

Mike Wise came to the house and personally did the inspection. He was very thorough and picked up on items that I did not even think of like guttering, fence, and A/C damage. He walked me through the process and told me what to expect once I filed my claim. He was right on the money every time and offered to meet the insurance adjuster when they came out for their inspection. Once the insurance company got things rolling Mike stayed ahead of the game and ordered the supplies and was ready for delivery at the drop of a hat. 

After the insurance approved the claim the process went extremely fast. Mike had the supplies delivered one day and the roofers showed up the next morning at 7:30am. Mike could have just given the roofers my address and not concerned himself with the installation, instead he arrived with them and stayed until the process was 95% complete. The roof replacement was completed in one day, which is a blessing after all the activity that occurs when you get a new roof. The installers were very good about picking up nails. Mike was there every step of the way to answer any questions and made sure I was satisfied with the end result.

After it was all said and done, I feel like I made the right choice.
